How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through our website via the online booking system. Simply choose your preferred service, time, and provider — and you'll receive a confirmation email once it's locked in.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

We recommend arriving with a clean face (no makeup for facials or lashes) and clean nails (no polish for nail treatments). If you're unsure, don’t worry — we’ll guide you through any prep instructions in your confirmation email.

How long will my appointment take?

Appointment times vary depending on the service. Most treatments range from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. You’ll see an estimated time during the booking process, or feel free to contact us for a more detailed breakdown.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee. This allows us to offer your spot to other clients and respect our team’s time.
